It has been an amazing few weeks. During the last month I have been to Washington, DC, for the 8th grade class trip, seen four concerts (Jesse McCartney with Ingram Hill), been on six airplanes in four states, graduated from Jones Middle School, and got my hair streaked GREEN! You can read about the concerts under "Concert Highlights" and see some of the pictures on the "It's All About the People" page. I am still working on writing up some of the highlights of my trip to Washington, too. It's going to be a fun summer, and then high school, here I come!

Last night, I went to see the Ashlee Simpson concert. The seats were lousy -- I couldn't see anything on the stage because of all the people standing in front of me -- but the music was fine. Then, today, we were checking out at Target and we were talking about the group "Him" (I was wearing my Him t-shirt). The girl behind the counter said, "well, if you like Him, you probably like Viva La Bam. Are you going to see their concert?" I couldn't believe it. They are coming to Columbus in a couple of weeks. We already bought the tickets. I'm going!!! Can't wait.

Yesterday was amazing. Mom and I went to Chicago to see Jesse McCartney in concert. It was the biggest event I think I've ever been to. Read all about it in the Concert Highlight section.

Hooray! Yesterday, we had a high-speed cable connection installed for accessing the internet. Mr. Reader came over in the evening to help get the network set up so that it works for all three computers in the house, and he spent a long time cleaning up our computers and making them run more smoothly, and dumping all the garbage spyware that has snuck in. I can't believe how much better my computer runs and how much faster everything goes than it did with my dial-up connection. I can't wait to start downloading stuff.

Yesterday, my Mom and I went to see Colin Mochrey and Brad Sherwood from the TV program "Whose Line Is It Anyway." It was a lot of fun.

Last night I went to see Gavin DeGraw in concert. It was a GREAT performance, but it was in Cincinnati. We drove all the way down there and back on a school night. My Mom is a good sport, because she isn't feeling well, but we still went.
